Dale Anderson

Dale Anderson, is a member of numerous state and federal bar associations, including the United States Supreme Court Bar. He has tried every kind of criminal case from speeding to capital murder, both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney.

He served as a named partner in the law firm of LaPaglia and Anderson where he engaged primarily in litigation, both criminal and civil. He has written numerous books and manuals for law enforcement and lawyers primarily related to constitutional criminal procedure.

He has lectured extensively on subjects related to criminal law and procedure, including a period when he served as a law professor. He is semi-retired and living in the Chicago, Illinois area.
